How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 24–72 hours, depending on the issue. We’ll always give you an estimated timeframe after diagnosis.
Is my data safe during the repair?
Absolutely. We take data privacy and security seriously. Your information is handled with care, and we never access personal files unless necessary and approved by you.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes! We provide reliable IT support for small businesses, including preventive maintenance, system optimization, and ongoing technical assistance.
Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. The diagnosis is free when you proceed with the repair.
If you decide not to move forward, a diagnostic fee may apply. ($15)
